About

I'm Rukiye Solak, an IFBB Bikini Pro and Olympian from Turkey. By profession, I'm a philologist, an athlete, and a coach working in the fields of contest prep and lifestyle coaching. I started my competitive journey in 2021 and earned my IFBB Pro Card in only my second amateur show. I qualified for the Bikini Olympia in both 2022 and 2024. In 2022, I became the first athlete from my country to qualify for the Olympia, a milestone that fills me with immense pride and inspires many others. As a coach, I lead a team that has helped numerous athletes achieve their own Pro Cards. My ultimate goal and dream is to continue inspiring people and supporting them in making their own dreams a reality. I know how rare and precious it is to have a dream and to live it because I’ve lived mine.
