I’m a mom of two girls and have happily married to my husband for 16 years. My body building journey started at 44 years old as a challenge for myself; little did I know it would become a passion and lead me to my pro card just three years later at 47. I’ve learned so much about myself, life, discipline and developed an amazing appreciation for what my body can do. I hope I can inspire other women to feel the same.
