Patriot Challenge Preview: Who's Booking Their Olympia Spot?

This weekend, the Bikini division heads to Las Vegas for the Patriot Challenge, and although it's a smaller lineup of 15 athletes, don't let the numbers fool you this show could have a huge impact on the road to the 2026 Olympia.

At this stage of the season, every placing matters. Some athletes are chasing those all-important Olympia qualification points, while others know that a win this weekend would take all the pressure off by securing an automatic qualification. Either way, expect everyone to bring their absolute best.

One athlete I'll be keeping a close eye on is Ashley. As a two-time Bikini Olympian, she's making her long-awaited season debut, and there's no doubt she'll want to remind everyone exactly why she's one of the division's top names. She already has 4 points to her name, so a strong result in Las Vegas would put her in a fantastic position heading towards Olympia qualification.

Another athlete with plenty to fight for is Bree Wilson. She's already picked up valuable points this season, but she'll be looking for that first victory. Not only would it be a huge milestone in her career, but it would also guarantee her place on the Olympia stage. Expect her to come in hungry.

Competing on home soil is Rukiye Solak, and you can never underestimate how much confidence that can bring. Originally from Turkey but now based in Las Vegas, the two-time Olympian won't have far to travel this weekend and will no doubt have plenty of local support behind her. It'll be interesting to see if home advantage gives her the edge. It's been a tough season so far. She will be expecting to really ick start her season with a high placing.

Kerigan Pike is another name that's hard to ignore right now. She's been building momentum with some really solid performances this season and has quickly become a fan favourite. Confidence goes a long way in bodybuilding, and Kerigan certainly seems to have found hers. If she brings her best package, she's more than capable of challenging for the title.

One athlete who continues to impress is rookie Daria Cline. After earning her IFBB Pro card earlier this year at the Junior USAs, she wasted no time stepping onto the professional stage with a 5th place finish in Denver. That's an impressive debut, and it shows she's not intimidated by competing against seasoned professionals. It'll be exciting to see how she continues to develop. She could push into that first callout.

Rounding out the names to watch is Felicia Hughes, who returns to competition after earning her pro card at the 2021 North American Championships. Every show is a fresh opportunity, and with a focused lineup like this, she'll be hoping to make the most of her return.

While this may not be the biggest Bikini show of the season, it's certainly one that could have major implications for the Olympia race. With qualification points becoming increasingly valuable and an automatic Olympia spot on the line for the winner, every athlete will know exactly what's at stake.

Those who are not competing but are in the middle and lower side of the points table will also be keeping a close eye on the results.

Who do I think takes the win? Ashley certainly enters as the favourite on paper, but bodybuilding isn't won on paper. Peak week, presentation, conditioning and bringing the right package on the day can change everything.
