Nick Walker Names Prabh Dhaliwal as Coach for Tampa Pro Prep Nick Walker has officially named Prabh Dhaliwal as his new coach ahead of the Tampa Pro, now eight weeks away.
The announcement comes just a day after Walker revealed he was ending his lean bulk and beginning contest prep.
After the 2025 season, Walker chose to coach himself, carrying that approach through the Arnold Classic following his split with Kyle Wilkes. But speaking with RBP News, Walker said he wanted to return to "robot mode" letting a coach make the decisions while he focuses on execution.
Trust appears to be a key factor in the move, with Walker describing Dhaliwal as a friend.
The decision is notable given Walker's success under Wilkes. Many fans consider his 2025 Pittsburgh Pro physique the best of his career, though he ultimately finished sixth at the Olympia before the partnership ended.
Dhaliwal may not be a household name in bodybuilding coaching, but he brings a solid résumé. He has guided athletes to five IFBB Pro wins, six Pro Cards, and 15 top-five professional finishes across Classic Physique and Men's Physique.
What makes the partnership especially interesting is that Dhaliwal has yet to coach a top Men's Open athlete at Walker's level.
That changes now.
Walker remains one of the sport's biggest stars, and every step of his prep will be closely watched. Tampa Pro will be the first test of the new partnership and the biggest coaching assignment of Dhaliwal's career.
With eight weeks to go, the spotlight is firmly on both men.
