The competitive landscape for the upcoming EVLS Prague Pro intensified as Michal Krizanek officially confirmed his intention to return to the stage in Prague this year. Following a strong victory at the Pittsburgh Pro, Krizo looks to carry that momentum into Europe for one of the most prestigious contests on the IFBB Pro League calendar.

The lineup features a significant potential rivalry at the top of the Open division. Last year, Martin Fitzwater secured the title in a hard-fought battle with Samon Dauda where Krizo ultimately finished in third place. Fitzwater has already signaled his intent to return to Prague to defend his crown, setting the stage for a high-stakes rematch between two of the division's heavy hitters.

Krizo enters this contest with the pedigree of a champion, having recently secured a major win in Pittsburgh. His objective remains clear: to avenge his third-place finish from the previous season and unseat Fitzwater in front of a European crowd. With both athletes possessing elite size and structural density, the comparison between the defending champion and the Pittsburgh Pro winner is expected to be the focal point of the judging panel.

However, before Prague we get to look forward to seeing Krizo back at the Olympia following his qualification win at the British Grand Prix in 2025. Top 8 is very much realistic where he will go head to head again with Tonio Burton and Brandon Curry.
